Our brokerage efforts focus on connecting patented product ideas with companies to create a mutually beneficial agreement between our clients and manufacturers, either through a licensing deal (royalty arrangement) or a buyout (a lump-sum payment for patent rights).

We don’t advertise. Why? Because we are selective. Our invention evaluation process filters out over 95% of issued patents. A patent only proves an invention is “novel”; it does not mean it is “commercially viable.”
